Exterior Painting - Two sides of house that are extremely weathered

Shingles on home will be sanded with electric orbital sanders to remove as much peeling flaking paint as possible.

Once sanded we will fully prime shingles with Sherwin Williams Exterior Latex Primer.

Will apply 1 complete top coat of Sherwin Williams Flat Duration Premium paint to shingles on 2 sides of house.

Will put down drop cloths to contain as much paint flakes as possible.

Scope of project is limited to shingles only 2 sides of house only. Does not cover any trim, fencing or back of house.

Labor and Materials: $3,250

**Note: Upon completion we will leave any extra paints for future touchups.
While painting we will take precautions to cover roofs, walkways, shrubbery etc. to protect from paint spatter.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
