Option 1- Interior painting of lobby area and hallway inside of front door, not to go beyond glass doors.
Floors will be covered off to prevent any paint spatter.
We will fill minor holes and imperfections in walls.
Walls will be painted 2 coats your choice of color.
Woodwork and doors in this area will be prepped as needed and painted your choice of color in a semi gloss finish.
Labor and Materials: $5,500
Option 2- Exterior bricks on front of building by main entrance wrapping around to side of building, and under covered entry way to the left of the building.
Bricks will be thoroughly washed and have one coat of white wash applied to them.
We will make a small sample for your approval to get the exact look you are going for.
While painting we will take precautions to cover windows etc. to prevent paint spatter.
Labor and Materials: $8,950
Option 3- Columns on side entrance of building
Area will be completely washed down including the ceiling.
Once columns are dry they will be thoroughly sanded using electric orbital sanders, primed, and top coated with 2 coats your choice of color.
Labor and Materials: $950
Option 4- Left side of building, metal siding running approximately 100 feet down and stopping at intersecting wall, breaking it off at roof line.
We noticed this metal wall is rusting.
Wall will be sanded using electric orbital sanders.
We will apply 2 coats of rust inhibitor primer and top coat with your choice of color and sheen.
Paint will be applied with brush and roll technique, not sprayed, to work the product into the pores for a much longer lasting finish.
Labor and Materials: $12,500
While painting we will take precautions to cover roofs, walkways, etc. to prevent paint spatter.
All extra paints will be left for future touchups.
