Estimate

Interior painting of the Sanctuary- Scope of work to include painting of walls, all woodwork trim including windows, chair railing, wainscoting, all pews, and any exposed flooring that is not carpeted.

Woodwork

Woodwork will be lightly sanded to ensure good paint adhesion.

Bare areas will be spot primed.

We will apply 1 complete coat of Sherwin Williams Emerald semi gloss paint to match existing color.

Walls

Walls will be prepped as needed.

Any minor holes and imperfections will be filled.

Repaired areas will be primed.

We will apply 1 coat of Sherwin Williams Duration eggshell paint to match existing color.

Floors

Floors will be lightly sanded to ensure good paint adhesion.

We will apply 1 complete coat of a durable porch and floor paint.

Ceiling

We noticed approximately 10 peeling pieces of paint on the ceiling.

We will chip these off, keep the repair to a minimum, and touch up the repaired area. Most likely the paint will not blend in.

Please note this is limited to just touching up, not to paint complete ceiling- if you would prefer to have complete ceiling painted, it will be in an additional option listed below.

We realize there are 2 podiums in the front of the room- these will be included in the scope of work and will be painted free of charge.

While painting we will take precautions to remove all seats off of pews, completely cover off all carpets to prevent any sanding dust and paint spatter. All wood moldings around pews will be kept clean and free of paint.

Labor and Materials: $24,750

Additional option- Ceiling painted completely

If you would like to have the ceiling painted completely, it would be an additional charge of $1,900.

We will prep as needed and paint with 1 coat of Sherwin Williams Flat white premium paint.

Labor and materials for both options: $26,650

Upon completion we will leave all extra paints for future touchups.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
