Exterior Painting: Home

Scope of work to include washing of home. Staining exterior siding. Painting of all exterior trim.

Exterior of home - will be soft washed using a mild bleach, tsp and dawn dish detergent mixture that won't hurt shrubs, etc.

Shingles on home will be stained 1 coat of Sherwin Williams Latex Acrylic Woodscapes Siding Stain, color to remain the same.

Trim - Will prep as needed.

Peeling areas will be sanded and spot primed.

All open joints, gaps and seams caulked, particularly around doors and windows.

Will apply 1 complete coat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration Premium Paint to all trim, color to remain the same.

Porch ceiling - will be prepped and painted.

We realize the decks on home are made of Trex and will not be painted. Will be kept clean and free of paint.

Wood chimney on roof will have shingles stained and trim painted to match color scheme on house.

Will take precautions to cover roofs, walkway, landscaping etc. to prevent paint spatter.

While painting will take downspouts off and re-install upon completion.

Gutters will be cleaned free of charge.

Upon completion we will leave any left over paints for future touch ups.

Labor and Materials: $8,950

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
