Estimate

Exterior painting of all trim on home and front clapboards on house and addition

Clapboards on front of home will be thoroughly sanded using electric orbital sanders to remove as much loose flaking paint as possible.

Clapboards will be primed and painted with Sherwin Williams Flat Duration paint.

Trim

All trim on home will be prepped as needed by scraping loose flaking areas.

Bare areas will be spot primed.

All open joints, gaps and seams will be caulked.

We will apply 1 complete coat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration paint to all trim.

Shutters will be removed while painting and reinstalled upon completion.

Downspouts will be removed, painted behind, and reinstalled upon completion.

Doors will be painted your choice of color

Bulkhead will be sanded, primed with Rustoleum primer and top coated with the same color as the front of the house.

Labor and Materials: $6,950

Additional option- If you would like the shutters painted while we are there, we will prime and paint them for an additional $325

Interior- Stairway starting at bottom of stairway and upstairs hallway

Walls- To paint the walls in this area 2 coats would be $1,250

Ceilings- If you would like to have ceilings in this area painted it would be and additional $200

Trim- If you would like to have the trim in this area painted it would be and additional $200.

We will take precautions to cover roofs, walkways, shrubbery, etc. to prevent paint spatter.

We will leave all leftover paints for future touchups

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
