Estimate

Option 1- Soft washing

House will be soft washed using a mild bleach, TSP, and Dawn dish detergent mixture to remove dirt and mildew. This will not harm plants or shrubs.

Labor and Materials: $475

Option 2- Painting of front of house

Shutters will be removed from the front of the house and reinstalled (unpainted) upon completion.

All open joints, gaps, and seams will be caulked.

Any loose flaking paint will be sanded as needed.

We will apply 2 complete coats of Sherwin Williams flat duration paint to all clapboards and barn board siding on the front of the house.

Labor and Materials: $1,550

While we have the shutters off, if you would like them primed, painted and reinstalled , it would be an additional $250.

Option 3- Trim on 3 sides of house

Trim will be prepped as needed by sanding and scraping loose flaking paint.

Any mildew areas will be washed off using a mild bleach solution.

Trim will be painted 2 coats with Sherwin Williams satin duration premium paint.

Bulkhead in back of house will be sanded, primed with a Rustoleum primer, and top coated in a standard Battleship Gray.

Labor and Materials: $1,700

While painting we will take precautions to cover roofs, walkways, etc. to prevent paint spatter.

Upon completion we will leave all extra paints for future touchups.

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
