Estimate

Exterior- Scope to include reshingling back and right side of home.

Shingles will be removed, disposed of, Tyvek house siding applied as a vapor barrier, and we will install new white cedar shingles.

We understand you have approximately 10 bundles of shingles in your shed, and we will need to purchase a considerable amount more to do this project.

Once project is complete, we will clean up all debris.

Labor and Materials: $7,950

This price includes using the shingles you have, as well as the shingles we will purchase.

Option 2- Painting of all exterior trim on home

All exterior trim will be scraped and sanded as needed.

All open joints, gaps, and seams will be caulked, particularly around windows.

We will apply 2 complete coats of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration premium paint.

Area that has been temporarily repaired with metal will be removed and we will apply wood.

Approximately 2-3 pieces of rot will be replaced as well.

Labor and Materials: $4,225

Total Labor and Materials: $12,175

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
