Exterior of house and garage

Soft wash

House and garage will be soft washed using a mild bleach, TSP, and Dawn dish detergent mixture to remove dirt and mildew. This will not harm plants or shrubs.

Clapboards

We noticed that there are a lot of rusty nails. We recommend completely priming the house with an oil based primer and then top coating with Sherwin Williams Flat Duration paint for maximum protection.

Trim

Trim on home will be prepped as needed.

All open joints, gaps, and seams will be caulked.

Bare areas will be spot primed.

We will apply 1 complete coat of Sherwin Williams Duration paint to all trim- not to include windows. Windows will be listed in below option.

Downspouts will be removed, painted behind, and reinstalled upon completion.

Labor and Materials: $9,500

Please note this does not include painting/ staining of deck or painting of windows.

Windows on home

If you would like the windows painted, they will need to be chemically cleaned to break the existing finish, then primed with a bonding primer, and top coated with Sherwin Williams Duration paint in your choice of color.

Labor and Materials: $1,000

While painting we will take precautions to cover roofs, walkways, landscaping, etc. to prevent paint spatter.

Upon completion we will leave all extra paints for future touchups.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
