Exterior Painting:

Complete exterior of home will be soft washed with a low pressure system using a mild bleach, Tsp & Dawn dish detergent mixture to remove dirt and mildew. This will not harm any plants.

Exterior trim on home will be prepped as needed.

Open joints, gaps and seams will be caulked.

Any bare areas will be spot primed.

Will apply 1 complete coat of paint to all trim in a satin finish.

Front clapboards on house will be caulked as needed.

Will apply 1 coat of paint in a Flat finish or Stain to match existing color.

We realize windows are new and will not be painted. However they will be caulked into place and trim around windows will be painted.

House and garage doors will be painted.

This quote does not include staining of shingles. That is listed below in a separate option.

Labor and Materials: $7,500

Additional Option: Shingles on home

After shingles are washed we will stain one coat. At this point where the shingles are severely weathered, I recommend spraying with a Latex Solid Stain and back rolling for a longer lasting uniform appearance.

We apply 1 coat by spraying and use a back roll technique. During this process we cover all windows, doors, shrubbery, etc. to prevent any over spray.

Labor and Materials: $2,800

Total Project: $10,300

**Note: Upon completion we will leave any extra paints for future touchups.
While painting we will take precautions to cover roofs, walkways, shrubbery etc. to protect from paint spatter.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
