Estimate

Option 1- Interior Painting- Lower family room area ceiling and top half of walls & painting of bathroom ceiling and top half of walls.

Ceilings will be painted with Sherwin Williams flat white.

Walls in both family room and bathroom will be painted 2 coats in your choice of color.

Labor and Materials: $800

While painting we will take precautions to cover furnishings to prevent paint spatter. We will cover flooring with drop cloths as needed.

Upon completion we will leave all extra paint for future touchups.

Option 2- Exterior- Front deck and railings & rear deck

All new pressure treated will be sealed with 1 coat of water based sealer.

New fiberglass columns on front of house will be primed and painted.

Prior to painting we will fill nail holes and open joints, gaps, and seams.

Porch ceiling will be washed with a mild bleach solution to remove dirt and mildew, then paint ceiling as well as the beam near the ceiling over the porch.

The corner board on front porch will be painted.

Skirt board around decks will be painted.

Trim around front deck will be painted white.

Trim around rear deck will be sanded and painted 2 coats to cover the green.

Door casing in back of house will be sanded, primed, and painted.

Rot replacement on home will include kick plate under rear door on deck, corner board above rear deck up on roof area, corner board in rear of house, and approximately 2 other pieces of rotted corner boards. Smaller areas will be spliced in.

Newly replaced corner boards will be replaced with PVC composite so it will not rot again.

We will putty nail holes and paint the repaired areas.

Labor and Materials: $3,900

Total for all options: $4,700

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
