Interior Painting -

Option 1 - Areas of work to include complete 1st floor of home with the exception of the laundry. This will include stairway, 2nd floor loft and 2nd floor bathroom. Will not include 2 - 2nd floor bedrooms or the the basement stairway walls.

All walls will be painted 2 coats in your choice of color.

Prior to painting will fill minor holes and imperfections and a few stress cracks.

Will take precautions to cover floors to protect from paint spatter.

Labor and Materials: $4,500

**This option is for walls only, not paint any trim or ceilings.

Option 2 - Basement floor

Basement floor will be swept and vacuumed clean.

Apply 1 coat of concrete floor paint in a standard slate gray color.

Labor and Materials: $1,225

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
