Interior Painting Entry area, small hallway and kitchen

Woodwork will be prepped as needed, sanded particularly on edges where it is chipping, oil primed on the bare chipped areas, and apply 1 coat of Benjamin Moore Chantilly Lace in a Regal Select quality paint.

Walls will be painted 2 coats your choice of color with Benjamin Moore Regal Select eggshell paint. Prior to painting we will fill minor holes and imperfections.

Stairway area- we will paint skirtboards along side of stairway, spindles, and risers going up stairway. This will not include the trim in the upstairs hallway. We will not be painting stain glass door in stairway.

Second floor bathroom ceiling- we will remove loose flaking paint, add a little texture to match existing, then primed and painted with moisture resistant paint.

Upstairs bedroom window casing- will be prepped as needed and painted 2 coats of Chantilly Lace semigloss paint. We will not be painting the window sash, just the casing around it.

Labor and Materials: $3,200

Upon completion we will leave all extra paints for future touchups.

We will take precautions to cover furnishings with lightweight plastic. Flooring will be protected with drop cloths. We will take draperies off windows and doors and reinstall upon completion.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
