Interior Painting - Reception Area

Option 1 - Painting walls of 3rd floor reception area.

Wallpaper on walls will be primed with a Kilz oil based primer/sealer.

If seams are visible we will address these with joint compound.

Will top coat walls with 2 coats your choice of color in either a Matte or Eggshell finish.

Green vinyl coat baseboard will not be painted.

Labor and Materials: $2,800

**Because of the Kilz Primer we recommend doing this project on a weekend/off hours when no one is there.

Option 2 - Painting of all trim in reception area to include all crown molding, chair rail and door casings.

Will lightly sand to ensure good paint adhesion.

Paint in a satin or semi-gloss finish in your choice of color.

Labor and Materials: $1,000

**While painting will take precautions to cover furnishings, flooring, etc. to prevent paint spatter.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
