Interior Painting - Reception/Lobby Area

Option 1 - Painting of walls on 2nd floor reception/lobby area

Unlike the 3rd floor wallpaper, 2nd floor wallpaper will need to be removed.

Once removed walls will be sanded, patched as need and will apply a coat of Kilz Oil Based Primer.

Will top coat walls with 2 coats your choice of color.

Vinyl baseboards will not be painted.

Labor and Materials: $4,100

Option 2 - Painting of all trim in reception area to include all crown molding, chair rail and door casings.

Will lightly sand to ensure good paint adhesion.

Paint in a satin or semi-gloss finish in your choice of color.

Labor and Materials: $1,000

Option 3 - Men's and Women's bathroom

Wallpaper looks intact and will be able to prime over it with Kilz Oil Primer.

Top coat with 2 coats of paint in your choice of color.

Labor and Materials: $900

Total Project for all 3 options: $6,000

**While painting will take precautions to cover furnishings, flooring, etc. to prevent paint spatter.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
