Option 1

Clapboards will be prepped and sanded as needed.

Any rotted wood will be replaced.

Will apply 1 coat of Woodscapes Siding Stain.

Trim will be scraped and sanded as needed.

Open joints, gaps and seams will be caulked.

Rotted wood will be replaced.

Bare wood will be spot primed.

Will apply 1 complete coat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration paint, color to remain the same.

Labor and Materials: $5,900

Additional Cost- We will need to bring in a man lift for 1 week. We got several quotes and the best price we could find is $1,900 for 1 week.

Total for Option 1 with man lift: $7,800

Option 2- Building A

Paint new window trim and touch up peeling paint behind Unit A2

Labor and Materials: 350

Option 3- Building B

Paint behind Building B and replace rake board on Unit B1 above deck.

Paint side of unit B3.

Labor and Materials: $3,500

Option 4- Building C

Paint lower sections.

Replace trim boards by entrance of Unit C1 with PVC.

Labor and Materials: $2,100

Paint front doors on units 2 coats: $80 per door

Paint lamp posts 2 coats satin black metal paint: $40 each lamp post

Paint mailbox 2 coats satin black metal paint: $150

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
