Estimate

Scope of work to include replacing rot areas around the house with PVC trim and painting the PVC after installed.

Front of house

Fascia board behind gutter- we will need to remove gutter, take off fascia and reinstall gutter upon completion.

Water table in front of house both to left and right side of entry way.

Lower window sill and apron under window.

Window above entry way apron board under window.

Dormer on roof window casing as well as corner boards on either side of window.

Right side of house

Replace corner board completely, it will not be pieced in this area.

Rear of house

All trim around triple window will be replaced.

Top portions of windows will be caulked on double hung windows, even the top portion will be caulked and we realize you will not be pulling them down. You will be limited to just lifting the bottom windows up. This is to help deter wind from coming through.

Column in back of house on patio- remove base cap and add new base cap so it touches the ground. It is currently up approx. 1 inch.

Left side of house

Window casing near deck entry will be partially replaced.

Door casing on side porch will be partially replaced, particularly kick plate and possibly sides.

Two boards on upper trim- add approximately 8 foot piece to each one over porch door.

Back of garage top trim board along roof replace approx. 8 foot length of rot area.

Corner board.

Corner of garage we will cut back and replace approximately 2 feet.

We will replace approximately 6 pieces of rotted clapboard on house.

These are the noticeable areas that we found on the day we walked around. We may find other additional areas.

Labor and Materials to handle these areas: $4,000

This will also include up to 4 more pieces that we may not have seen. If we find additional on top of these areas, we will let you know prior to replacing.

We will be using all PVC composite, painting with Sherwin Williams Satin Duration paint- the same as we previously used, and we will remove and dispose of all debris.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
