Estimate

Exterior:

Will soft wash home to remove dirt and mildew. During this process we will use a bleach, dawn dish detergent and TSP mixture. This will not harm plants or shrubs.

Trim on home will be scraped and sanded as needed. All open joints and seams will be caulked. Bare areas will be spot primed. Will apply 1 coat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration Premium paint.

Shutters on home will be removed, prepped as needed, painted with Sherwin Williams Premium paint and re-installed upon completion.

Downspouts on home will be removed before painting and re-installed upon completion.

Gutters will be cleaned from all debris and adjusted if needed.

Labor and Materials: $4,900

Additional Option:

Decks will be washed using a mild bleach solution to remove mildew. Will be sanded to ensure good paint adhesion, and painted or stained in your choice of color.

Upon completion we will leave any extra paints for future touchups.
While painting we will take precautions to cover roofs, walkways, shrubbery etc. to protect from paint spatter.

Because of the climate we live in we are unable to guarantee wooden decks and will not be held responsible. It is a horizontal surface that water sits on repeatedly and no matter how much preparation we do there can still be flaking and peeling caused from it. The constant sun, rain and snow causes wear and tear on a flat surface that we have no control over.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
