Estimate

Exterior Painting - Trim on home

Will soft wash home using a mild bleach, tsp & dawn dish detergent mixture to remove any dirt and mildew. This will not harm any landscaping.

All exterior trim on home will be painted.

Vinyl windows and doors will not be painted.

Wood fascia and soffits approximately 3 - 4 areas that are peeling will be sanded thoroughly and spot primed.

All open joints, gaps and seems on trim will be caulked.

Nail holes will be puttied.

Will apply 1 complete coat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration paint to match existing downspout color.

Bulging putty on window sills will be sanded using a random electric orbital sander.

Window sills will be smoothed out to a more uniform appearance.

While painting will remove downspouts and when we re-install will use stainless steel screws.

Estimate will also include doors that will be painted as previously discussed.

Inside of rear door will be painted as well.

Any dryer vents or any other vents on home will be painted to match trim color.

Air-conditioner lines that are currently white will be painted to match existing paint color.

Cupola on roof will be painted if necessary. We realize it can be removed and depending on how difficult it is to remove it, may just remove it, bring it to the ground, paint it and re-install upon completion with stainless steel screws.

Labor and Materials: $5,500 will deduct 15% because you are a senior/veteran of $825 = new total $4,675

Additional Options:

If you would like we can add a 2nd coat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration Paint to all trim listed above in same color.

Labor and Materials: $1,250 will deduct 15% because you are a senior/veteran of $190 = new total $1,060

Foundation on home currently painted will be re-painted with 1 coat of same color using a masonry paint

Labor and Materials: $300 will deduct 15% because you are a senior/veteran of $45 = new total $255

If you wish to have 1 entry door on garage painted that can be done free of charge using existing paint color.

**Note: Upon completion we will leave any extra paints for future touchups.
While painting we will take precautions to cover roofs, walkways, shrubbery etc. to protect from paint spatter.

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
