Interior Painting - Scope of job - painting 1st & 2nd floor of home - ceiling walls and trim, including closets

Ceilings will be painted 1 coat in flat white.

Walls will have minor holes and imperfections filled.

Paint walls 2 coats in your choice of color and sheen.

Open joints, gaps and seams in trim will be caulked.

Curtain rods will be removed and holes from draperies will be filled.

All trim will be painted 1 coat in Sherwin Williams semi-gloss.

**Please note: will not be painting any baseboards in home, you will be handling after flooring company is finished.

Will also not be staining or applying polyurethane to any handrails in home. We understand either you or the flooring company will be doing this.

**Will take extraordinary precautions to cover floors especially now that they were just installed and finished.**

Labor and Materials: $9,500

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
