Estimate

Exterior- Painting of all trim on home as well as clapboards

Clapboards

Clapboards that are peeling will be lightly sanded to ensure good paint adhesion.

Bare areas will be spot primed.

We will paint 1 complete coat.

Trim

We will prep as needed.

All open joints, gaps, and seams will be caulked.

We realize that a large portion of the home is PVC trim, this will be painted also.

Doors on home will be painted your choice of color.

Side entry porch

We will wash and lightly sand ceiling. We can either stain it or clear coat it, your choice.

Mahogany deck will be sanded and red mahogany stain will be applied.

Labor and Materials: $6,900

Interior repairs to screened in porch area

We will take approximately 2-3 foot section of ceiling down to start to see where the damage is coming from and to remove the bulge. We may end up needing to take down a little more once we see what is going on. New sheetrock will be applied, taped, and spackled to match existing finish.

We will remove damaged bead board on lower wall, reinstall new beadboard to match existing.

We will add base board to complete room.

We will remove old windowsill and add a PVC one.

This is a complete repair and painting of ceiling, walls, trim and mahogany flame floor.

Labor and Materials: $1,600

Complete interior painting of home- All rooms on interior of home including mudroom but not to include first floor bedroom or 2 second floor bedrooms.

Ceilings

Ceilings will be painted flat white with the exception of the bathrooms that will have a mildew resistant paint applied to the ceilings.

Any hairline cracks will be patched and painted.

Walls

All walls will be painted 2 coats your choice of color.

Prior to painting we will fill minor holes and imperfections in walls.

Trim

All woodwork in home including doors will be prepped as needed.

Open joints, gaps, and seams will be caulked.

We will apply 1 complete coat of semigloss paint.

Baseboards will be carefully hand brushed as to avoid getting any paint on flooring/ carpeting.

Labor and Materials: $5,400

While painting we will take precautions to cover floors, furnishings, etc. to prevent paint spatter. Carpets will be covered and taped off if necessary to prevent paint spatter.

Upon completion we will leave all paints for future touchups.

Total Labor and Materials for All Options: $13,900

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
