Estimate

Stairway and 2nd floor landing

Ceiling will be painted flat white.

We will caulk around new ceiling access panel prior to painting.

Caulking in areas that is separating will be recaulked, and severe areas that are bubbling will need to be cut out and then caulked.

All trim in this area will be painted 1 coat in the same product and sheen that was previously used. Please note we will be painting 1 side of all the hallway casings and we will not be going into any of the rooms.

Walls in landing and stairway will be prepped as needed and painted the same color and sheen with the same product that was previously used.

Labor and materials: $2,800

First floor

Ceilings on first floor will be painted flat white.

All open joints, gaps, and seams in trim will be caulked.

Trim will be painted 1 coat in the same color and sheen with the same product that was previously used.

Labor and materials: $1,900

Please note this does not include painting any walls on the first floor- it is limited to ceilings and trim only.

Exterior soft wash of home

Complete exterior of home will be soft washed using a mild bleach, TSP, and Dawn dish detergent mixture to remove dirt and mildew. This will not harm plants or shrubs.

This will include washing of the house and shed.

Labor and materials: $900

Please note this does not include washing the fence surrounding the property, it is limited to the house and shed only

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
