Estimate

Scope of work to include - Prepping and painting of church from the roof line down. Not to include the higher steeple portion or clapboard siding.

Trim will be prepped by scraping as needed.

All loose flaking paint will be removed from all trim, doors and windows.

When scraping complete, church will be soft washed using a mild bleach, tsp and dawn dish detergent mixture to remove dirt and mildew as well as any dust on the trim. This will not harm any landscaping.

Once building is thoroughly dry all open joints gaps and seams will be caulked.

Apply 1 coat of primer to all bare areas.

All trim will receive 2 top coats of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration Premium paint.

Front doors on church will be repaired as needed, prepared and painted.

We realize the six spires were restored using Azek brand trim. We would highly recommend caulking open joints, gaps and seams and applying two coats in a premium paint.

Shutters will be removed, prepped as needed by sanding and washing. Then brought to our shop, sprayed with 2 coats of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration Premium paint.

We realize that some of the shutters are different sizes. All shutters will be labeled as we take them down to make sure they are put back in the same positions.

Windows, will remove loose glazing.

Bare areas will be spot primed.

New glazing will be re-applied in all areas needing it along glass.

Will paint 2 top coats of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration paint.

Once paint has dried all windows will be cleaned to make sure there is no paint or glazing compound residue on windows.

Our scope of work will include all ladders, lifts, scaffolding, etc. to do the job safely.

Upon completion we will clean up all debris and paint flakes from work areas.

**We understand funding for this project would not be available until July 1, 2025. We will honor this quote until that time.

Labor and Materials: $71,250

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
