Exterior -

Option 1 - Home and Garage

Home and garage will be soft washed using a mild bleach, tsp and dawn dish detergent mixture to remove dirt and mildew. This will not harm landscaping.

Labor and Materials: $620

Option 2 - All white wood trim on home and garage

All wood trim on home will be prepped as needed.

Open joints, gaps and seams will be caulked.

Approximately 2-3 pieces of wood will be repaired/replaced.

Bare wood will be spot primed.

Apply 1 complete coat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration Paint to all trim surfaces.

Labor and Materials: $7,380

Option 3 - Shutters

Will remove all shutters from home.

Front shutters will be removed and prepped as needed.

Bare areas will be spot primed.

Will paint same color with Sherwin Williams Satin Duration paint.

Once painting is complete will re-install shutters on front of home, shutters on sides of home will not be re-installed or painted. We will put them in basement for you.

Labor and Materials: $900

**Any extra left over paint will be left for future touch ups.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
