Exterior Painting of Trim and Windows on Home

Trim will be scraped and sanded as needed to remove as much flaking paint as possible.

We will caulk all open joints, gaps, and seams particularly around windows.

Mildew on trim, particularly on front of home will be hand washed with a mild bleach solution prior to painting.

All woodwork will be painted 2 coats with Sherwin Williams Satin Duration premium paint to match existing color.

While painting we will remove downspouts so we can paint behind them and reinstall upon completion.

Gutters will be cleaned free of charge.

Labor and Materials: $5,250

While painting we will take precautions to cover roofs, walkways, etc. to prevent paint spatter and to contain as many paint chips as possible.

Please note this does not include painting the front clapboards on home. This quote is limited to trim only.

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
