Estimate

Exterior Painting: Trim and shingles on home, garage & shed

Remove shutters and downspouts.

Power wash complete house to remove dirt and mildew. Clean gutters.

Scrape and sand all loose paint.

All open joints will be caulked.

Spot prime any bare areas.

All siding on house will be stained with Sherwin Williams Woodscape Siding Stain.

All trim will have 1 complete coat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration Premium paint applied.

New Azek window casings will not be painted.

Paint shutters and doors.

Bulkhead will be prepped, primed with Rust-off and finish coated to match house.

Re-install downspouts and shutters.

Labor and Materials: $7,250

Additional Options:

If you decide to change the color of the trim and it does not cover and an additional coat required that will be an additional cost of $1,400.

If you decide you want to change the color of the siding and it does not cover and an additional coat required that will be an additional cost of $1,200.

**Note: Upon completion we will leave any extra paints for future touchups.
While painting we will take precautions to cover roofs, walkways, shrubbery etc. to protect from paint spatter.

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
