Estimate

Exterior

Soft wash

House will be completely soft washed using a mild bleach, TSP, and Dawn dish detergent mixture. This will not harm plants or shrubs.

Siding

House will be prepped as needed by sanding any loose flaking paint.

All open joints, gaps, and seams will be caulked.

Shingles will be sprayed and back rolled/ brushed 1 complete coat of Sherwin Williams solid Woodscapes siding stain.

Trim

Bare areas will be spot primed.

We will apply 1 complete coat of Sherwin Williams satin Duration paint.

Please note- areas on the trim of home that are currently blue will be repainted with the same blue color. Areas on the trim that is white will be painted white. We will not be doing any color changes.

We noticed approximately 4-5 pieces of rotted wood, and replacing them will be included in our quote.

Downspouts will be removed while painting so we can paint behind them, and reinstalled upon completion.

Labor and Materials: $8,500

Additional option- Deck

Deck in rear of house will be washed, sanded using electric random orbital sanders to knock down any splinters, and we will apply 1 complete coat of Australian Timber Oil deck stain.

Labor and Materials: $2,400

Total Labor and Materials: $10,900

Upon completion we will leave all extra paints for future touchups.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
