Estimate

Exterior soft washing and painting of all trim on home

House will be soft washed using a mild bleach, TSP, and Dawn dish detergent mixture to remove dirt and mildew. This is a low pressure system and will not harm plants or shrubs.

All trim on home will be prepped as needed.

Downspouts will be removed, painted behind, and reinstalled upon completion.

Any peeling areas will be sanded as needed.

Bare areas will be spot primed.

All open joints, gaps, and seams will be caulked and we will apply 1 complete coat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration paint to match existing color.

Newer Azek areas around windows will have a second coat applied.

Conduit piping on side of house will be painted to match shingle color as best as possible.

This also includes prepping and painting of garage doors

Labor and Materials: $1,900

Rear porch ceiling

We will completely cover off area and spray one coat of Sherwin Williams Latex Solid Acyrylic Woodscapes stain to ceiling.

Ceiling will need to be sprayed and back brushed so we can get into the grooves and work it into the wood pores.

While painting the ceiling we will completely cover off the deck and surroundings so there is no overspray in any unwanted areas.

Labor and Materials: $1,900

Front deck and railings

Deck will be thoroughly sanded to ensure good stain/ paint adhesion and stained 1 coat your choice of color.

Labor and Materials: $625

Total for all options: $4,425

While painting we will take precautions to cover roofs, walkways, etc. to prevent paint spatter.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
