Interior Painting -

Kitchen Cabinets -

Will remove doors and drawer fronts from cabinets, will wash to remove any dirt/residue.

Cabinets will be primed with Kilz oil base primer and topcoated with your choice of color using Sherwin Williams Premium Emerald Paint.

Upon completion will re-install cabinet doors and drawer fronts.

Current door knob holes will be filled and new holes drilled for door knobs to be installed in a new location.

Wallpaper in kitchen around cabinets will be removed.

Walls will be primed.

Painted in your choice of color.

Prior to painting will fill any minor holes and imperfections.

Ceiling in kitchen will be painted as well as 2 additional bays in dining area that are currently stained.

One wall in living room will scrape loose flaking paint, Kilz out with primer/sealer, repair wall and paint corner to corner for a seamless finish.

Four spots on upstairs ceiling around chimney and one spot around skylight will have loose flaking paint removed, areas will be sealed out with Kilz primer/sealer and touched up with ceiling paint.

**Please note we will not be doing complete ceilings.**

Exterior Front door - will be painted.

Labor and Materials: $3,500

While painting will take precautions to cover flooring, furniture, etc. to prevent paint spatter.

Two windows on garage will be sanded to remove loose flaking paint.

Windows will be reglazed as needed and painted white.

Labor and Materials: $325

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
