Interior Painting -

Option 1 - Kitchen cabinets

We will remove doors and drawer fronts.

Cabinets will be washed to remove dirt and residue.

Will prime cabinets using BIN primer/sealer and lightly sand.

Paint cabinets 2 top coats in your choice of color in satin finish.

We realize you may do a 2 tone color system that will be included in this price.

Upon completion will re-install doors and drawer fronts and adjust as needed.

Open joints and gaps around ceiling will be caulked.

Labor and Materials: $4,000

Option 2 - Kitchen trim & walls - no ceiling, dining room trim & walls - no ceiling, 2 story living room ceiling, walls & trim, 2 story foyer/stairway walls & trim - no ceiling.

Ceiling in 2 story living room will be painted flat white.

Prior to painting bare plaster area will be primed.

Walls -

Will fill minor holes and imperfections in walls.

Paint walls 2 coats in your choice of color in Matte finish.

Trim -

Will lightly sand to ensure good paint adhesion.

Paint white in semi-gloss finish.

**Please note will not be painting any of the wooden stair balusters/spindles they are not included in quote.

Dining room area - will remove wallpaper off 1 wall and foyer will remove wallpaper off 1 wall.

Labor and Materials: $ 3,500

**Will take precautions to cover furnishings, flooring, etc. to protect from paint spatter.

Total Project: $7,500

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
