Exterior -

Option 1 - Upper area trim and clapboards & complete shingled area in Front Right of home.

Complete home will be soft washed using a mild bleach, tsp and dawn dish detergent mixture to remove dirt and mildew.

Upper portion of front clapboards and trim will be prepped as needed.

Open joints, gaps and seams will be caulked.

Will stain clapboards to match existing using Sherwin Williams Latex Acrylic solid stain.

Trim will be painted 1 coat using Sherwin Williams Satin Duration premium paint.

Shingles on front of home will be sanded as needed.

Will apply 1 coat of Sherwin Williams Latex Acrylic Woodscapes Solid Stain to match existing color.

Labor and Materials: $2,550

Option 2 - Two sides of home and back chimney

Trim will be prepped as needed.

Will apply 1 coat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration paint.

Loose clapboards will be re-nailed as needed.

Will apply 1 coat of Sherwin Williams Latex Acrylic Solid Siding Stain to match existing color.

We realize there are 6-7 pieces of rot that will replace.

Labor and Materials: $5,800

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
