Exterior Painting - This estimate is to paint all exterior trim on home, does not include painting shingles on sides or clapboards on front.
All trim on home will be prepped as needed by sanding and scraping to ensure good paint adhesion.
Open joints, gaps and seam will be caulked.
All bare areas will be spot primed.
Will apply 1 complete coat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration Premium paint to all trim.
Prior to painting we will replace 3-4 pieces of rotted wood, as well as kick plates under 2 porch steps with a PVC type product.
**While painting will take precautions to cover roofs, walkways, etc. to prevent paint spatter.
Labor and Materials: $8,900
A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.
Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.
