Estimate

Scope of the work will include both left and right sides of house on the shingled areas.

Shingles will be scraped to remove as much loose flaking paint as possible. We will go over it with electric orbital sanders to also smooth out and remove as much paint as possible.

All bare areas will be spot primed, and we will apply 1 complete coat of flat latex paint to both left and right sides of house.

House will be brushed and mini rolled, not sprayed. This will allow for the paint to be worked into the grain as opposed to a spray finish which would not last nearly as long.

While painting we will use drop cloths to contain as many loose flaking paint chips as possible and also to prevent paint spatter.

We also noticed at the ends of the trim boards on both the left and right side of house there is rotted wood. These boards will be cut back 1-2 feet and a new piece will be spliced in.

Upon completion we will leave all leftover paints for future touch ups.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
