Option 1- Painting of front of house trim and clapboards

Front of house trim and clapboards will be prepped as needed.

Loose flaking paint will be sanded.

Open joints, gaps, and seams will be caulked.

Bare areas will be spot primed.

We will apply 2 complete coats of Sherwin Williams Duration paint to complete front of house.

Labor and Materials: $2,900

Option 2- Soft Wash

If you would like the house soft washed to remove dirt and mildew, we noticed it to be pretty severe especially on sides and back of house, and we would recommend soft washing using a mild bleach, TSP and Dawn dish detergent mixture. This will not harm plants or shrubs.

Labor and Materials: $450

Option 3- Painting of trim on 2 sides and back of home

Trim will be prepped as needed.

Loose flaking paint will be scraped and sanded as needed.

Bare areas will be spot primed.

We will apply 2 complete coats of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration paint.

Labor and Materials: $3,200

Total for All Options: $5,650

While painting we will take precautions to cover roofs, walkways, etc. to prevent paint spatter.

Upon completion we will leave all extra paints for future touchups.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
