Exterior - Painting of home

Will go around and sand loose flaking areas.

Touch up on both shingles and trim.

We understand you will be purchasing paint to do this project.

Labor: $2,000

Exterior will need 1 gallon of paint for trim, will need 3 gallons of white for shingles

Interior - Kitchen

Top half of yellow kitchen walls will be painted using Eggshell finish paint.

Trim in kitchen will be prepped and painted to match existing color.

**Will not be painting green on bottom half of kitchen walls or cabinetry, limited to walls and trim only.

Labor: $975

Interior will need 1 gallon of yellow paint, 1 gallon of trim paint

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
