Exterior Painting -

Option 1 -

• Precautions- Precautions will include covering roofs, walkways, shrubbery etc as needed to protect against paint spatter
• Soft wash- House will be soft washed to remove dirt and mildew. During this process we will use a bleach, dawn dish detergent and TSP (trisodium phosphate) mixture. This will not harm plants or shrubs.
• Trim- Trim on house will be scraped and sanded as needed. All open joints and seams will be caulked. Bare areas will be spot-primed. We will apply 1 coat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration premium paint.
• Shingles- All shingles on home will go over with a random orbital sander to remove loose flaking paint or stain.
• Shingles will have 2 coats of Sherwin Williams Woodscape Latex Acrylic Siding stain applied.
• Doors- Doors on home will be prepped and painted your choice of color. Not to include garage doors
• Downspouts- Downspouts on house will be removed before painting and reinstalled upon completion.
• Gutters- Gutters will be cleaned from all debris and adjusted if needed.
  
• Porch ceiling- will be prepped and painted to match existing color.
• Labor and Materials: $12,500

Option 2 -

• Decks-
• Decks will be washed using a mild bleach solution to remove mildew.

• Decks will be sanded as needed to insure paint adhesion
• Decks will be painted or stained your choice of color
• Labor and Materials: $1,325
• 
  

Total Project $13,825

**Please Note:

Upon completion we will leave any extra paints for future touchups.

While painting we will take precautions to cover roofs, walkways, shrubbery etc. to protect from paint spatter.

Because of the climate we live in we are unable to guarantee wooden decks and will not be held responsible. It is a horizontal surface that water sits on repeatedly and no matter how much preparation we do there can still be flaking and peeling caused from it. The constant sun, rain and snow causes wear and tear on a flat surface that we have no control over.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
