Exterior Painting -

Option 1 -

We will soft wash home to remove dirt and mildew using a mild bleach, tsp and dawn dish detergent mixture that won't hurt plants and shrubs.

Trim on back and 2 sides -

Trim will be painted 1 coat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration paint color to remain same.

Prior to painting will caulk open joints, gaps and seams. Particularly around the windows.

Nail holes in trim will be puttied prior to painting.

Labor and Materials: $5,900

Option 2 -

Front of house will be washed.

Cement siding will be painted 2 coats in your choice of color.

Trim on front of house will be prepped & caulked as needed.

Nail holes puttied and then painted.

Front door and garage door will be painted.

Shutters on front of house will be prepped and painted.

Labor and Materials: $1,900

Option 3 -

Both front and back deck will be soft washed to remove dirt and mildew.

Will go over them with electric random orbital sanders.

Apply 1 coat of either mahogany stain or clear coat.

Labor and Materials: $775

Total Project: $8,575

**Note:

Upon completion we will leave any extra paints for future touchups.
While painting we will take precautions to cover roofs, walkways, shrubbery etc. to protect from paint spatter.

Because of the climate we live in we are unable to guarantee wooden decks and will not be held responsible. It is a horizontal surface that water sits on repeatedly and no matter how much preparation we do there can still be flaking and peeling caused from it. The constant sun, rain and snow causes wear and tear on a flat surface that we have no control over.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
