Estimate

Interior painting

All new plaster will be primed.

Ceilings will be painted flat white.

Walls will be painted 2 coats your choice of color and sheen. We recommend Benjamin Moore Regal Select matte finish.

Trim

Bare wood will be primed.

All open joints, gaps, and seams will be caulked.

Nail holes will be puttied.

We will apply 2 complete coats of Benjamin Moore Regal Select paint in either a satin or semi gloss finish.

Wood window sash

We will most likely spray liquid mask on windows and 2 top coats in your choice of color and sheen.

Upon completion we will cut the liquid mask with a razor to remove the paint off the glass. This is the most efficient and economic way to do this and you will get the best results.

Once the project is completed, we will allow up to 3 men for 1 complete day for interior touch ups.

Labor and Materials for complete interior painting as outlined in plans/ specifications: $32,500

Exterior painting

All PVC Azek (not to include actual window sash as they are pre-finished) will have nail holes puttied. We will caulk all open joints, gaps, and seams- particularly around doors and windows, and paint 2 complete coats of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration premium paint.

While painting we will take precautions to cover roofs, decks, walkways, etc. to prevent paint spatter.

Labor and Materials for exterior portion: $12,225

Total for complete project: $44,725

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
