Interior Painting -

Option 1 - Scope of job are walls on first floor in open living area, dining area as well as stairway and 2nd floor loft.

Dark blue wall will be primed to prevent bleed through.

Picture holes and minor imperfections will be filled.

Walls will be painted 2 coats in your choice of color and sheen. We recommend Matte finish.

Labor and Materials: $2,900

**This quote does not include going into any additional bedrooms, bathrooms, etc.

Option 2 - First floor master bedroom

Dark blue wall will be primed to prevent bleed through.

Picture holes and minor imperfections will be filled.

Walls will be painted 2 coats in your choice of color and sheen. We recommend Matte finish.

Labor and Materials: $795

To do complete project: $3,695

**While painting will take precautions to cover floors to prevent paint spatter. Switch plates removed and re-installed upon completion.

**We will coordinate with you around your closing date to get this done in 2 - 2 1/2 days depending on if you are doing the bedroom.

**Upon completion will leave any left over paints for future touch ups.

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
