Interior Painting -

Option 1 - Paint front entry/stairway, living room, kitchen, dining room, hallway

Ceilings will be painted flat white.

Walls will be painted 2 coats in your choice of color in Eggshell finish.

Prior to painting walls will fill minor holes and imperfections.

Wood work will be painted 1 coat of Sherwin Williams white in semi-gloss.

**Please note we will be painting hallway side of doors Only not to go in rooms.

**While painting will take precautions to cover floors, furnishings, etc. to prevent paint spatter.

Labor and Materials: $1,750

Option 2 - Interior of Garage

Ceiling will be primed and painted flat white.

Walls will be primed and painted your choice of color.

Will not be painting 1 wall behind bench area.

Estimate includes painting stairway.

Labor and Materials: $1,600

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
