Exterior

Soft wash front and garage side of home

We will soft wash using a mild bleach, TSP, and Dawn dish detergent mixture to remove dirt and mildew. This will not harm plants or shrubs.

Labor and Materials: $200

We will soft wash using a mild bleach, TSP, and Dawn dish detergent mixture to remove dirt and mildew. This will not harm plants or shrubs.

Labor and Materials: $240

Carpentry

We noticed around the house there are several areas of rotted wood on the clapboards and trim. Trim will be replaced using PVC so it will not rot again. Clapboards will be replaced using primed cedar clapboards.

Labor and Materials: 950 (please note- we may need to pull off some of the gutters to replace the trim boards behind them. We will make our best attempt to take the gutters off carefully, hoping to reuse them, however we cannot be responsible if they warp, bend, or twist and we are unable to use them you will need to contact a gutter company and that is not part of our quote.)

Bulkhead on side of house

Bulkhead will be washed, thoroughly sanded, primed with Rustoleum primer and top coated your choice of color.

Labor and Materials: $150

Clapboards

Clapboards on house will be sanded to ensure good paint adhesion

2 coats of flat paint will be applied to match the existing color.

Trim

All trim on home will be sanded as needed.

Open joints, gaps and seams will be caulked.

We will apply 2 complete coats of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration paint to match the existing color.

While painting we will remove downspouts so we can paint behind them, then reinstall upon completion.

Shutters will be removed while painting and reinstalled upon completion.

Doors will be painted 2 coats.

Labor and Materials for Clapboards and Trim: $5,900 (please note- this does not include painting of shutters. Shutters will be listed in next option.)

Shutters

While we have the shutters off and we are painting the house, we can prime and paint the shutters at the rate of $40 per shutter.

Bulk price as discussed to do all options $7,400

Sherwin Williams warranties their paint, and we will guarantee our labor for 1 year.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
