3 beams in kitchen & 3 beams in family room

Will apply 2 step paint/stain system to change darker beams to a more driftwood color. Will makes samples prior to application.

Labor and Materials: $600

Kitchen cabinet frames

Will sand, apply 1 coat of BIN primer and paint with 2 topcoats in your choice of color and sheen. (We recommend a Satin Finish.)

This does not include painting any of the doors or drawer fronts. (We understand that Ted will be making new ones.)

Labor and Materials: $1,425

Prime and paint new doors and drawers

Labor and Mater5ials: $2,240

Prime and paint insides of cabinets

Labor and Materials: $600

Total Project: $4,865

**While painting will take precautions to cover furnishings, etc. to prevent paint spatter.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
