Exterior Painting:

Exterior Shingles on Home -

Will sand using an electric random orbital sander to remove as much flaking paint as possible.

Will apply 1 coat of Sherwin Williams Woodscapes Acrylic Siding Stain color to be same.

Cost to paint shingles will be $1,400 per side and will be same for front, back.

This will include painting window casing where storm windows have been removed.

Labor and Materials for 2 sides: $2,800

Garage door casing -

One piece on either side of garage door will be removed and replaced with Azek.

Labor and Materials: $150

When sanding siding we will put drop cloths down to cover as much flaking paint as possible and clean up upon completion.

**Note: Upon completion we will leave any extra paints for future touchups.
While painting we will take precautions to cover roofs, walkways, shrubbery etc. to protect from paint spatter.

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
