Exterior Painting - Trim only on house and sunroom in back includes window casings and window sash
Older flaking paint will be scraped and sanded as needed.
Will spot prime bare areas.
All open joints, gaps and seams will be caulked.
Any nail holes will be puttied.
Will apply 1 complete coat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration painted.
**This estimate does not include painting body of house trim only.
Labor and Materials: $7,250
Additional Options:
There are 2 sheds on property with same color schemes. If you would like the trim done on these we can do them for an additional charge of $500 each.
Exterior of home will be soft washed using a mild bleach, dawn dish detergent and TSP (trisodium phosphate) mixture to remove dirt and mildew. Our soft wash system will not harm plants or shrubs for an additional charge of $650.
**Note: Upon completion we will leave any extra paints for future touchups.
While painting we will take precautions to cover roofs, walkways, shrubbery etc. to protect from paint spatter.
A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.
Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.
