Exterior Painting -

Option 1 - Back portion of house that is older

Shingles and trim will be soft washed to remove dirt and mildew.

Flaking paint will be sanded using an electric random orbital sander.

Shingles will be painted with 1 coat of Sherwin Williams Flat Duration paint to match existing color scheme.

Trim will be painted 2 coats of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration paint in white to match existing.

Labor and Materials: $2,950

Option 2 - Shed

Shed will be washed.

Siding will be painted to match house.

Trim will be painted white.

Labor and Materials: $750

Option 3 - Right side of house

Right side of house will be washed.

Paint to match existing color scheme.

Flaking paint will be sanded using an electric random orbital sander.

Will paint shingles with 1 coat of Sherwin Williams Flat Duration paint.

Trim will be painted 2 coats in Sherwin Williams Satin Duration paint color to be white.

Labor and Materials: $1,400

Total to do all options: $5,100

**Note: Upon completion we will leave any extra paints for future touchups.
While painting we will take precautions to cover roofs, walkways, shrubbery etc. to protect from paint spatter.

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
