Exterior Painting - 2 Storage containers in parking lot

Painting of 1 side which is facing the street of 2 storage containers.

1 container is peeling heavily and will need to scrape it to ensure good paint adhesion. The other 1 is rusting and will need to be primed.

Both storage containers will need to be scraped and sanded as needed.

Both containers will be primed with a rust inhibitor primer.

Will apply 1 coat of paint in your choice of color.

Labor and Materials: $1,950

**While working on containers we will put drop cloths on ground to contain paint chips and prevent paint spatter best we can.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
