Soft Wash

We will soft wash house using a mild bleach, TSP, and Dawn dish detergent mixture to remove dirt and mildew. This will not harm plants or shrubs.

Labor and Materials: $650

All Exterior Trim on Home

All exterior trim on home will be painted 1 coat with Sherwin Williams Satin Duration premium paint to match existing color.

Prior to painting we will caulk open joints, gaps and seams as needed.

If you would like to have your downspouts painted while we are there, we can do that at no additional cost.

Labor and Materials: $4,900

Option for Sides of Dormers Hardie Siding that is Currently Peeling

We will sand flaking areas as much as possible, not to lose wood grain.

Sides of 2 dormers will be painted 2 coats to match existing color.

Labor and Materials: $840

Rot Replacement

We will replace 1 rotted corner board on dormer and 4 sides of window casing on the window which is on the side of garage. We will be replacing it with PVC so it doesn't rot again.

Labor and Materials: $300

Total for All Options: $6,690

While painting we will cover roofs, walkways, etc. to prevent paint spatter.

Please note this estimate does not include any siding on the home.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
