Will fill nail holes in walls as needed.

Walls will be wiped down to remove any dirt residue or cobb webs.

Will apply 2 complete coats of Sherwin Williams Origami White paint in eggshell finish.

Labor and Materials: $1,700

Additional Option:

1st floor powder room

Walls will be prepped and painted with 2 coats of Sherwin Williams Origami White paint in eggshell finish.

Labor and Materials: $150

** This estimate does not include ceilings or trim & we will cover floor as needed to protect from paint spatter

Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.
