Scope of work to include repairing walls as needed. This will include minor holes, stress cracks, holes from pictures. etc.

After walls are repaired we will spot prime repaired areas and apply 1 complete coat of paint in the same color and product as previously used.

Woodwork in home will be repaired as needed. If there are any holes in doors/ trim we will repair them. Open joints, gaps and seams will be caulked, then we will apply 1 complete coat of paint in the same color and product that was previously used.

Ceilings will not require painting however if there is an occasional ceiling that we will need to do, it will be included in this price.

We noticed that in at least 1 unit there is some type of wallpaper behind the stove area. If any units have wallpaper, it will be removed.

While painting we will take precautions to cover countertops, flooring, etc. to prevent paint spatter.

This quote does not include purchasing paints. Typically, property owners purchase it. If you would prefer us to purchase it, that is no problem we will just need to add it to the cost of the project.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
