Interior Painting - Area to be repaired/painted from lower level of stairway up to second floor

Bulging areas in walls which are (screw pops) will remove a small piece of plaster over the bulging area, tighten screws that are beneath, and add an additional screw if necessary to help prevent this from happening again.

Patch repaired areas.

Where baseboard meets wall and the caulking is unsightly, we will cut back loose caulking, sand and re-caulk this area.

Walls in stairway -

Repaired areas will be primed.

Walls will be painted to match existing color. I recommend a Matte finish which will help hide imperfections.

Will also need a little bit of your touchup paint to touch the top ledge of baseboard after caulking is done.

Labor and Materials: $1,750

**Note: Upon completion we will leave any extra paints for future touchups.
When painting we will take precautions to cover furnishings, counters, floors, etc. to prevent paint spatter.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
