Interior Painting - Complete interior painting of 1st floor of home

Which ever rooms have wallpaper or boarders will be removed and wallpaper residue will be washed from walls.

All ceilings will be painted.

Dark stained ceilings will be primed and painted.

We realize we may have some ceiling patch work.

All walls in home including closets where wallpaper was present will be primed. All other walls will receive 2 topcoats of paint in your choice of color and sheen. We recommend Matte finish.

Prior to painting will fill minor picture holes and imperfections in walls.

The gutted room that will be getting new plaster will be completely primed prior to painting.

All wood work in home will be stained to match existing as best as possible.

Nail holes will be filled.

Wood work will be polyurethaned.

Baseboard heaters if not replaced will be primed and painted to match wall color.

Back door on home will be sanded and polyurethaned.

Will coordinate with Redmond during construction process, as rooms are emptied we will complete portions before furniture is moved back.

Labor and Materials: $11,000

**Note: Upon completion we will leave any extra paints for future touchups.
When painting we will take precautions to cover furnishings, counters, floors, etc. to prevent paint spatter.

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
